I finally did it, yup, I did. I split my original Etsy shop into two stores. Now all of the vintage goods can hang out with their vintage friends and not be bothered by all that handmade stuff, then there’s the She’s Sew Slye shopwith just the handcrafted goodness, over the last couple days I’ve been busily updating both shops, and yet, I’m not finished – that fun endoscopy appointment (last night I dreamt of the appointment and in the dream I told the doctor, no, it’s not my stomach, it’s my gallbladder that isn’t working, in the dream I was trying to get out of the procedure, and then when I woke up this morning I proceeded to get a stress pinch in my shoulders – totally stress related, aiy!) I had this morning got in the way a bit – it’s the anesthesia that knocks you out more so than having a tube stuffed down your throat. Ever wonder what the inside of your stomach looks like? Just like it does on some health episode on NOVA. And they gave me the pictures, of course I scanned them in and posted them to flickr.  But, back to etsy – there’s more to be posted, pillows and the custom ordering options, plus vintage patterns and buttons, a crazy quilt and more.

And hey, 19 days and I leave for Paris, wha? Paris? Yea, baby. I’ve been teaching myself French, so far I can ask for a coffee. I’m sure I’ll amaze them with my accent!
